Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of collectible products, returns, refunds, or replacements are not accepted by default. However, exceptions may be made only if the buyer provides proper and valid evidence of any issue with the product.
Valid Reasons for Return or Replacement (Evidence Required):
- Product received is incorrect.
- Parts or items mentioned in the listing are missing.
Note: Claims must be supported with:
- A clear unboxing video(starting before opening the package, without cuts/edits)
- Proof of purchase and delivery.
Returns/Refunds Not Accepted For:
- Buyer’s change of mind after ordering.
- Damage due to mishandling after delivery.
- Claims made without proper evidence or after 48 hours of delivery.
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product’s functionality.
Important Shipping Notes:
DIT (Delivery in Transit) and LIT (Lost in Transit) cases are not covered by our refund or replacement policy.
We take utmost care in packing and dispatching your order, but we are not responsible for courier delays, transit damage or lost parcels unless insured shipping was specifically chosen by the buyer.
Timeframe to Raise an Issue
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised beyond this period will not be considered under any circumstances.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped via reputed domestic courier services (e.g. DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc.) or India Post depending on location and serviceability.
Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.
Orders are shipped within 8-14 days. Delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
